Carpenters - A carpenter has independent carpentry experience in quality rough and finish carpentry. Experienced carpenters at Treeline are expected to oversee entire projects, including, but not limited to, creating the material takeoff list, managing their team of apprentices and laborers, performing the actual construction of the project, and being fully responsible for the final quality control.

Carpenter Apprentice - An apprentice should have some carpentry experience as well as previous experience on job sites. While they are not expected to manage projects, they are expected to assist the lead carpenter and should be able to work unsupervised for short periods of time on the job site.

Construction Laborer - A laborer is not expected to have same level of experience as an apprentice, but should be familiar with construction and job sites. Regular tasks may include expediting, demolition, clean-up, assistant carpentry, and general construction. The ideal candidate should be reliable and willing to learn more about construction.
